Authors information

Paper submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers electronically using EasyChair system.
Papers submitted for presentation should contain original research, not published or being considered for publication elsewhere. All materials must be written in English.
The papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the International Scientific Committee. The corresponding author of each paper will be notified of the result by e-mail.If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must attend the workshop and present the paper.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings which will be indexed in IEEE Xplore database.
The participants must prepare the full version of their paper following IEEE Conference Submission Standards. For details, templates and support please visit this link. Maximum six pages A4 in double column format are allowed. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of eight pages total. However, each page in excess of six will incur a charge of 50 Euros.

As a part of the procedure, authors of accepted papers must send us a signed Copyright Form for each paper. Missing this document may lead to paper unpublishing.
